The clear instructions were provided by WhatsApp. The apartment is very spatious and very well maintained and fully equipped. The host made me feel very welcome by providing some sweets, a bottle of water and a bottle of wine with a welcome notice. Also, after checking in the host inquired whether everything was OK. Later, when walking, it took only some 5 min to reach the old centre

Booking.com stated that there was private parking. Which there was, but not for free. The host stated that so far, booking.com had not changed their website. Too bad, as this was one reason for me to select this accommodation. Parking in La Laguna is terrible. However, I do not hold this against the host.

very poor sound insulation in walls and ceiling’s, we were often woken in the middle of the night by noisy neighbours, cold in February without the electric heater, electricity occasionally cut-out if too many appliances used at same time

Good bed, good WiFi, nice kitchen with utensils 1nd basic pepper salt Oliver oil . You can park for free inj the streets, never had to look more than 200m away

There's no AC, fan, blinds or window in the toilet (to allow some breeze) and the sun hits the apartment from 2pm until dusk. There was a heatwave during our stay and it was difficult to rest at the apartment
