Location is perfect and slept the number of guests we had comfortably!

Place is grubby and things broken, needs modernised and a proper deep clean! One bed was broken. Late check out could not be done due to their strict cleaning regime, there is no time spent cleaning the place at all

Loved the central location. Loved the big 'living room' space. Great for big groups to socialise. Lots of bedrooms and space. 2 full bathrooms. Great communication from the host.

It was incredibly noisy due to location and single glass windows. Ear plugs are a must. Clubs playing music until 4/5am. Then the bottles being disposed of. Then arguments followed by the street cleaner! Some beds were broken, but we had spare. One fob key for a big group so left it in the key box.

Very clean and excellent location.

I expected noise, but it was quite bad at times.

It was central and enough space for all of us.

Didn't like being in the basement flat due to having no windows or ventilation in kitchen. Also would help to have a brush and shovel.

Beds weren't the best some seemed rather old.

The location was very central. The property was bigger than expected. Living areas were large enough for what we needed them for.

The property itself was very difficult to locate as it isn't actually on Fleet Street which wasn't communicated prior to arrival. The place was not clean, several food crumbs left in the beds, black mould covered the walls near the windows. It looked like it hadn't been visited by the owners in a long time, there is only so much the cleaner can do with a property, however it had clearly only had a quick whip round with a hoover. Many of our party struggled to sleep and breath due to the black mould. Wouldn't recommend.
