location was ideal - great for a large group

Smell in one of the bathrooms. No toilet rolls provided - then when told they provided 2 for 18 people! Broken beds. Noise during the night couldn’t be helped but windows could be sound proofed! Number to contact owners wasn’t always available and answered.

The location was handy

The stay was very disappointing. this was my mothers hen do which was a mixture of ages from 26-67 and this was definitely unsuitable. The kitchen/living room area is so small not like the advertised space. There was constantly smashed glass and illegal drugs around the main door. No plug sockets worked in 2 bedrooms making it difficult to get ready upon reporting this they wanted me to sort myself when i said i was not happy messing with electric box they sent a man to have a look. He needed to get into the cupboard in the end room which meant moving one of the beds upon doing this it revealed the mattress was saturated in urine! this was reported and a new mattress requested but did not come therefore a member of my party was without a bed and had to sleep in the kitchen/Livingroom area which was extremely uncomfortable. The music from near by clubs did not stop until around 5/6am then the clubs were emptying glass bottles into the street bins, then the bin men came and emptied the bins which was so loud. Then the road sweeper made even more noise every single person felt ill from this stay we was so sleep deprived.

The accommodation is exactly what it says on the tin, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay that has all the comforts of the premier in.. go to the premier in. This is perfect for party life, you are bang in the middle of the nightlife, you are a stones through away from all the clubs. Did we get a good night sleep? not really but we got what we needed, a great hub with loads of space, a communal area for us all to sit and chill. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.

We had 3 irons but the ironing board didn't work :D but it wasn't a problem so didn't complain at the time, we just adapted and overcame the obstacle. You are warned so many times on the run up to your stay that it is noisy and it is exactly that, its literally attached to 3 nightclubs. So this is not a complaint, its just a message to everyone to say, you cant complain when you get there and there's people outside your window at 6am, because there will be. we had a great chat with them.

Location perfect. Key code set up was a bit confusing for main door and room door. Had to pop to streets down for clarification at the office and they were really helpful

We were in the basement and there was no ventilation. Really stuffy and made it uncomfortable. The steam from the showers in the morning set the fire alarms off, also very annoying

The location was right next to all the night life.

The apartment was absolutely filthy throughout it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for some time, with mouldy food under the sofa bed with sauce on the bed itself when folded out. There were all sorts of stains on the bed and dirty marks throughout the property, the glasses and kitchen utensils were also visibly dirty. There was also a very strong mouldy damp smell present constantly so we had to sit with the property door open to let fresh air in which still didn’t really combat the stench, there was also visible mould in the bathroom on the walls and across the ceiling! The property looked absolutely nothing like the photos shown on the booking.com app.

very noisy , which we expected . Double/ tripple glazing would help. Needs a few basic facilities such as brush, pan, mop, ironing board.

The accommodation was fine. The beds were quite comfortable. Location was great, very central (but loud) Shower pressure is good.

It was not the accommodation in the photos. I think they use a general set of photos for a few apartments they have. The apartment we had was quite small and dinghy. Due to it being a basement the windows are very hidden so that can be a bit bleak. The accommodation wasn't that clean. Theres a lack of basic supplies such as enough toilet roll, washing liquid and/or tea towels. The place needs an overhaul, the rugs dirty and stained and the bathroom had mould patches. The laminate floors need re doing There's a lack of good ventilation and it would benefit from windows you could get to and open. The accommodation has been over filled to allow parties, this means it's good for location and price but it's way too small. There's no seating area for food which there appears in be in the pictures. The television remote had no batteries so we didn't use it The bedrooms are fine but crowded. The location though good for partying, is terribly loud so if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't bother.
