Good location

Place was very dirty, smelly drains, mouldy walls, stained carpets, stained walls, broken beds and couches. Fire alarm kept setting off when cooking, drying hair, or spraying hairspray. WiFi password wasn’t anywhere to be found and had to phone up at 12:30am for it. Wasn’t given the room I booked and were missing beds and sheets for the couch beds. Mattresses were disgusting and stained. Laminate flooring was peeling up.

Location was excellent. Property was ideal for our group.

There was a fault on the fire alarm, causing the panel to beep constantly. I’m sure this will be sorted as the property seems well maintained.

Location was very good

The first thing was the damp small that hit us when we opened the door . There were 2 bags of rubbish outside the door under the stairs. The carpet was black, not light grey . Sofa arms broken . The sofa smelt, and the beanbag on the floor had sick on it . No bedding was left out for us, and we needed the sofa bed to hold our party . One of the beds it the big room was flipped and the strings were what you had to sleep on . walls had dirty marks all over them . The bins in the bathrooms had not been emptied , and sanitary products had been left in them. There were no windows that could be opened to air the place as we had the basement apartment. All floors had not been washed, and the carpets were dirty and sticky . No WiFi and no signal on anyones phone while inside. We only stayed 2 nights, couldn't have stayed any longer. Would not go back even with the great location. We 💯 overpaid. room I thought we were getting and what we got in photos.

Shower in one bathroom was broken Two tools of toilet paper for a 9 person stay Was told there was 5 single beds but turned up and there was 3 and 4 double beds

Apartment cleaning levels need upped We had no microwave so we're unable to heat up any food. Really needs some sort of hob to cook 1 key fob, so had to wake up friends to get in Apartment When it says perfect for nightlife it means forget getting any sleep until at least 6am Living area too small for 16 guests Provide more toilet rolls

Property was central to everything main room was adequate for 10 of us and beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.

The apartment was across from a night club that played music till 6 o'clock in the morning, then the staff were bringing out the empty bottles to place in the bins outside and then you could here people walking past screaming and shouting. The first night was horrendous with the noise and all of the group didn't get much sleep.
