Al the damages that we found when we arrived broken mirror shower holes in kitchen chair holes in beds. Made me panic I would get charged with all the messages I was getting about damage. The smell of sewage that came from the bathroom sink not draining water correctly obviously blocked drainage somewhere

close to the nightlife/shops, beds comfy

couldn't find the WiFi password/router so some people went without.

Amazing location in the city centre, bedding was clean. Host was quick at responding to messages and was very helpful.

It wasn’t very clean inside the apartment, the floor was stained in the lounge, walls dirty, and no ventilation or working windows, we had the basement apartment so it was very humid with 16 of us. We found earrings that did not belong to the group as well as false eyelashes, the sensors kept turning the lights on in the lounge (I slept in the lounge on the sofa bed) and this meant very little sleep. The apartment looked nothing like any of the photos but we made the best of it and appreciated the late booking after another apartment cancelled us with 24 hours notice.

Very noise from outside, had issues with bedding for 3 of our party. When contacted, the host found it extremely stressful and unhelpful to get this resolved. Had cold showers from Saturday morning. The living room looks extremely tired and needs updating. Not be suitable for people with reduced mobility due to all the steps and heavy doors.

There was some questionable things when we arrived at the aparentment but weren't too sure if it was just cleaning product that was not wiped up. It was very very loud which we knew it was going to be heading in but I did wish the windows were thicker. However, the location was amazing and the hosts got back to me with every question that I had.

The property was hard to enter, the main door sticks and requires a hard push to open. The actual apartment itself differs slightly from the standard shown in the pictures. The place is full of black mould, the walls are covered and it has a very strong smell of damp. When we arrived there was a jug and pint glass left sitting in the bedroom and an unflushed toilet which says alot about the standard of cleaning in this apartment. The only saving grace about the place is it's a good location, however we couldn't wait to leave it and some guests booked alternative accommodation. The carpets are absolutely disgusting with stains, the bedding has stains and one of the beds is broken which I was told was fixed when I previously asked about it. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The noise, I’ve never heard anything like it Bins emptied all day and all night absolutely horrendous sounded like we were being bombed Also people outside all night, think the windows could do with some work
