The pics were more attractive to wat we got but for the group we had it was fine

The location was perfect.

From the minute we stepped in the door there was dirt and rubbish everywhere. The apartment was filthy and smelled damp. Carpets and couches were covered in stains and they expected people to sleep on them. The pull out beds are also broken. The kitchen was fine but could do with an update. Lock on the bathroom door was broken. Rooms are tiny and have very little space for the amount of people they claim to accommodate. The walls in the bedrooms were full of mould and dirt. The alarm kept beeping all night and made it hard to sleep. It was nothing like the pictures on the website so don't be fooled.

Locating the place in first place (poor phone signal in area meant couldn’t access the pack I was sent with location on, ) & no number on door! It was a bit shabby. There was a cracked mirror, and one bed wasn’t sleepable in as no support.The lock on main front door was faulty and by the last day of our stay it wasn’t functioning at all. It took us 20 minutes waiting outside in the dark/cold and a phone call to the office who (were very helpful and) spoke to the to the maintenance man who said he knew it was faulty and had a new mechanism on order. We had to practically break the door down and bruised ourselves in the process. Really shouldn’t have had people staying when we couldn’t get in. Other people also couldn’t get in and woke us up in the early hours as they couldn’t get in either!! Noise levels were very high.. we expected usual noise , but it was very loud..especially bottle bins being emptied in the early morning !!

Location was perfect, very clean and lovely and warm inside.

The door to enter the property was very hard to open. It took us ages to get in. You had to use force to open it. Smoke alarm went off at 4am in the morning! There was also a continuous bleeping noise in the corridor the whole time we were there. Needed a mirror in each bedroom and the ironing board was broken.

no mirror in bathroom ,no tables in lounge ,now were to put anything in bedroom ,carpet in lounge dirty ,we were put in basement no windows .
