Perfect location as we were exhibiting at kings dock

The only fault was the shower temperature was only very hot or very hot .

it was ok for getting into the city centre

only one toilet and that was down stairs and opened the back door to see a couple of rats ,luckily none of us smoked so door was locked

I had to contact the company several times to clarify things, and each time they responded quickly and were helpful. It was nice to have some outdoor space. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. The beds were comfortable with perfectly clean bedding and towels provided.

The booking process was unnecessarily complicated. There was not enough information on the booking website, so I needed to seek clarification several times. The key pick up process is frustrating, given that this is from a shop several minutes away and the code is only sent out a few hours before check-in. A key safe or similar at the property would be better. The bathroom was cold and without any form of heating as far as I could tell.

The property was compact yet had all we need, the location was ideal for the entertainment in the Baltic triangle area

The photos of the property seemed to show a montage of various properties within the same row of houses. We discussed on our journey to pay the upgrade for the use of the hot tub on arrival but the hot tub was not on our property as depicted in the photos but 3 doors down

We travelled with two younger children and the house was perfect. They had their own bedroom, the house was small but comfortable and perfect for a weeks stay. The location was brilliant, walking distance to the city Centre and all the tourist attractions, but also easy to drive in and out of the city. Would highly recommend, and would definitely book again next time I am in Liverpool.

The parking could be hit or miss with getting a space when the Baltic Market was open
