Booked mainly due to washing machine facilities and outdoor space

Didn’t suit our needs at all. We didn’t stay but moved to a hotel.

Lovely garden, and staff on hand to help swiftly.

This is a great property let down by poor cleanliness, we found a number of items leftover from the previous occupants. On discovery we reported these, and waited until the next morning for them to be taken away. We were promised a small refund for the trouble, however, to this day, two months later, not even a “sorry” has been received.

The house was quite modern and central to everything we needed. We got the public bus from the airport and it literally dropped you to the bottom of the road. The tv was good qnd the apartments had free WiFi. We booked 2 houses side by side and they had nice gardens for our family to sit out together in.

The front door was a nice colour!

Everything you touched felt sticky and dirty, there were stains and finger marks on the walls and doors, there was thick dust and rubbish under the beds and wardrobes, rain leak stains on the ceiling, bedroom windows didn’t have restriction on them and child nearly fell out, sofas were filthy, the gas hob had the microwave/kettle and extension leads laying on it, the oven and grill tray were filthy and greasy, the bathroom door was so narrow it was difficult to walk through, the shower kept blocking up and water leaking out all over the bathroom and kitchen floor!!

We liked the modern vibe to the house.

The pictures don’t show what it’s like, the garden was an old wooden table with 1 chairs when 6 of us were there. The glasses had lipstick stains. The towels had make up/ brown marks. Insects on the bed..

The apartment was great, in a nice area of Liverpool. Even a small outside space in the back. My daughters loved it! Totally recommend this apartment!!!
