The Baltic Townhouses by Serviced Living Liverpool

I had a disappointing experience with the key return process at this property. I was told the drop-off location was open 24/7, but when I arrived at 5:00 AM, it was closed. This caused unnecessary stress during my early departure and disrupted my travel plans. The host provided misleading information, which was highly unprofessional.

Paid for early access, keys not available at pickup point

Smells, cold , scuffy . Work men having to sort boiler and then a water leak £250 deposit that was more like harassment with all the emails and text.

It was really comfortable and great location

Nothing necessarily. Shower leaked a bit but that was the only thing.

Good location Place was quiet and comfortable

House was fantastic, great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay, plenty of towels provided along with cleaning products in the kitchen. Washer dryer in the kitchen and a good outside space.
