I never got to stay here as I was told it was double booked 6 months after I booked it and yes I was offered alternative accommodation that had no electricity or hot water.

Good location in terms of access to the market food halls and convenience store just around the back.

Small house in row of identical rented properties. Astro turf back yard. No chairs, just 2 sofas in the small living room which right on the street. I would rate the amenities as basic.

Very small cooking utensils but we managed.

Great location, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, plenty of space for us. No complaints at all.

The location is fantastic, couldn’t ask for better for what we wanted for our stay. Brilliant vibrant area.

The property was dirty, the bathroom in particular was grimy. the shower leaked & the door wouldn’t shut. There was a dirty mop in the under the stairs. The garden had cigarette butts everywhere the Astro turf was filthy. Our children couldn’t use it. The carbon monoxide alarm beeped constantly until we went and purchased new batteries and fixed it. There was an old flood stain in the ceiling of the front bedroom. The photos on line are very out of date. Overall the house Looked tidy, but as you spent time inside you realised how filthy it was around the edges. Given they took £250 holding deposit and had such strict t&cs you’d expect there would have been a higher standard the house is maintained by the agency.

Very poor cleaning, mould visible in lots of places, upon opening the door we were greeted with a smoking odour, not pleasant! The fridge had an awful smell. Stains on the bedding, no curtains and poorly fitted blinds that let the light in. Felt very uncomfortable in there so only stayed 1 night and moved into a hotel, obviously adding more expense to our trip. I don't think we have particularly fussy standards, but we did expect it to be clean.

Great location as we were attending a conference at Liverpool conference centre. Lovely cafe, Ryde, just round the corner for breakfast in the morning.

It was a bit noisy but I’m a light sleeper and it’s in a city. Garden wasn’t great.
