Could do with a little tlc

Good location, walking distance from the docks and the Baltic square.

- Only 1 bathroom for 6 people, insufficient. - The bathroom is not upstairs with the bedrooms, but downstairs and through the kitchen ! A very strange and impractical location for a bathroom. - No dining space indoors ! We had to take breakfast outside under a tent, which is falling apart and dropping shreds of white material on the table. - Very noisy surroundings at night, several clubs and loud music venues in the immediate surroundings. - Only 1 key, insufficient for 6 people. - Nearly £500 for two nights! wildly overpriced, and poor value for money, I would not stay there again.

Yes it was small big everything we needed and purpose for our trip beds were comfy and clean and everything you needed was there. A new coffee shop Opened there a few weeks ago and I would highly recommended. Everything at your door step and very easily assessable to everything.

Parking was abit tight but managed ok. Not much space but a paid car park was beside it.

Great location in the cool Baltic Triangle. Was fairly quiet too on a side street. Easy to walk to Albert Docks. Good communication from the hosts. Lovely little house that was ideal for our needs. Ryde cafe across the way was fab. Would return if coming to Liverpool as good vfm and location.

We had to go to a different place to pick the keys up, contrary to our instructions, which took more time, but got there in the end. Shower needed some attention. Front bedroom could do with an extra socket so you could read in bed. Hooks on back of doors to hang towels would have been a good addition.

Clean and comfortable place to stay in Liverpool. We were only in town for a day so can’t really comment on location. The neighborhood is a bit gritty but we felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Kitchen was decently equipped. Overall good stay.

It was a bit of a pain picking up the keys at a different location, but we knew that ahead of time and it was easy. No bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms but we knew that ahead of time, too.

Needs alot of attention maintenance. Bathroom tiles coming away from wall. Handles on vanity unit really bad crome peeling off.garden was shocking trellis falling off wall. Their was no table,dining chairs.nothing like the pictures on booking .com that made me book disappointed really.did have a problem with the kitchen sink on arrival, turned on the water and it just ran out of the pipes in the cupboard all over the floor,which then had water all over door mat and had nothing to mop up the water.so rang emergency number and this was sorted straight away.then was left with towels on the floor when we returned.
