Great location, nice and roomy - beds very comfortable

It was very cold when we got into the premises - only 13 degrees. Took until the next morning to be warm enough without wearing fleeces, hats etc.

"Felt like student acommodation"

Toilet is downstairs. We wouldn’t have booked if we realised this Roller down blinds on all windows which allow no light in. Alternative is blinds up so you have no privacy if in sitting room or bedroom. No mat in bathroom and floor gets soaked when you have a shower so towels are always wet.

"Fantastic, will use again."

Location great, house very modern with fantastic shower. Communication very good.

Collecting keys from a shop at another location, especially when the weather was terrible. I also thought the up front £250 damage fee was a little excessive. Neither have put me off using them again.

"Decent little place for the price, few things could be updated as mentioned but bed was very comfy and good location"

Very comfortable bed, great location for city centre and arena/dock area, big car park over the road

Outside area could do with some TLC, and mugs/cups/bowl could do with replacing.
