Drains in the bathroom didn't smell so good. Locking the door with the key was a little bit tricky.

Property close to the ACC and a coffee shop. Place fitted needs for the stay

I had to call as I didn't receive the code. Apart from that collection of keys was fine. There was not an iron in the property. I called to ask where it was. I was called back once - checked the location but wasn't there. I was told that they would call back again but that didn't happen. I had to buy an iron the next day.

Was clean and very well equipped. Decor good and the bed was very comfortable. Good location for exhibition centre. Good nightlife nearby

I had a front bedroom which was noisy but back bedroom was much better. Surrounded by industrial buildings so a bit isolated

Nothing, the property is dated and in poor condition, and absolutely rotten - how you can rent this to hard working people is beyond

Everything - sticking dirty ( I have informed standard living and sent pictures of the property and as we can only use 5 at a time on the review I have plenty more

good location , walking distance to both the waterfront and city centre. property comfortable with two person occupation. property was overall clean and reasonably modern.

utensils such as the frying pan needed a much better clean before using. Outside the property there was a lot of rubbish. Could the cleaning items such as the bucket and mop, hoover, brush etc. be put into a cupboard?

Fantastic location! Easy to get the keys from a nearby shop. Our hosts gave us all the information we needed to check in and out. Beds were comfortable.

The apartment was a bit cramped-- a little crowded for four people, since the living room space is quite small.

Clean, nice house in a lovely location. Excellent cafe right next door. Walking distance to the Baltic area, Albert Dock and Liverpool One.

Only one key was provided which we had to pick up from a shop at a location a short walk away. There is a lock box at the property and it would be much more convenient if guests could access the key this way. We were a group of four people and had to keep coordinating passing the key when we wanted to come home at different times. The bathroom needs a lock on it.
