Host & Stay - The Georgian Quarters at Bedford

The apartment was on the 2nd floor and does not have lifts. I had to carry 2 luggage by the small stairs. The apartment was dusty and the kitchen utensils were dirty. I had to leave the apartment on the same day. I requested for a part refund but the owner didn’t entertain my request.

Location was fantastic for visiting daughter at University.

Comfy, clean and located in heart of Liverpools Georgian Quarter which is a beautiful area

The neighbourhood, lounge had stylish accessories, felt secure, very clean, great manual

Strong smell of air freshener, noisy vinyl floors, quite cramped for 3 people, few/no treats

Location, parking outside the property, amenities, clean, a travel cot was provided upon request. Little touches like flowers and milk sachets in the fridge. The company that manages the apartment were very responsive to any questions we had prior to our arrival and contactable on the phone on Sunday evening. We were sent a link to an app with all the property information, which was handy as didn't have to search for it.

Combination for the key lockbox provided was wrong, but a phone call to the agency sorted it out. The bed was at best a small double, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable as a sofa.

The place was well kept. All facilities worked well. Very comfortable.

The shower in the bath was abit slippery to get out so maybe a handle to hold as you get out would be good.

Great location in the Georgian Quarter and easy walk to town. Apartment was clean and bed comfy. Kitchen area was super handy to cook breakfast in the morning. Great that it included a car parking permit so we could leave the car outside the flat. Flat was spacious and had a modern style. Giving 2 keys was really useful and appreciated. Hostess that let us in was super friendly and welcoming which was a nice start to the trip!

Shower was ok but could have been a bit better. We were only given 2 towels but there were 3 of us staying and we had booked as 3. Check out at 10am I always feel is too early and should be 11 really. We had asked if we could use the car parking permit for a few extra hours on Sunday while we had breakfast but this was declined. Fair enough but was a little disappointing.
