Really comfortable and decorated nicely. Nice area of Liverpool on a quiet street.

The people upstairs were noisy but that couldn’t be helped. It was very cold outside of the lounge area but we stayed on an exceptionally cold night!

It was clean, comfortable. Good part of town. Good value for money

Very clean, has everything you need and more: washing machine, iron, loads of kitchen supplies and there even was some butter, milk, salt, pepper, sunflower oil etc. Great location: Close to Liverpool centre (10 minute walk) Supermarket less than a 5 minute walk Pub less than a 5 minute walk Very nice that the parking was included in the price

Location ideal - close to Liverpool Women’s Hospital. Good parking and quiet. Property manager was friendly and helpful; allowed me to swap apartments on arrival.

Host n Stay - loads of messages that feel false and lacked substance. I had to message to get the key code when I arrived and no parking available. Uncomfortable bed.

The double bed was so small,smell of dampness when you walk in , no pressure in the shower ,my son's blanket had dried blood on it and it wasn't replaced,it's not in the city center,20mins walk ,

The location was good.it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Bold Street and the shopping district. The area has good local restaurants and pubs. The parking is on the street, and we always managed to get parked each day outside the property. The apartment was easy to heat and was not cold. All instructions on how to use the facilities ( hot water, heating TV etc) were in the information file. Before arriving, we received useful details of the property and things to do in Liverpool.

The kitchen utensils, glasses and oven trays were dirty and needed to be cleaned before use. There was no dishwasher
