Property not to far from city center. Clean and comfortable. Had all the essentials you needed.

Being on top floor

The property was not too far out of city centre. Bed was very comfortable and good size.

It was a bit dusty and there wasn’t enough toilet roll.

Clean, comfortable, nice furniture

Disappointing that they demanded an additional £20 fee for checking in.

The property was clean and quiet and lots of shops and takeaways nearby!

A little bit further out of the city centre but not too far. No tv channels and the settings on the cooker have worn off it was a lottery trying to cook on it to tell if the rings were at full power!

I had no access details when I arrived, no staff responses to messages or answered the phone till 6am the following morning, and I had to pay to stay somewhere else in our first night.

The property itself, I cannot fault. It is big and you have everything you could possibly need in it.

Unfortunately this property is right next door to student accommodation. We stayed for 2 nights. On the Friday night the party started at 10:30pm and finished up at 2:30am. On Saturday the Partying started at 11pm through to 5am. We also had parties going on above us in the building. We have 2 young kids. When we reached out to customer service they were extremely unhelpful. With a basic "oh well there is nothing I can do" attitude. As I have said the property is amazing and clean but it is really let down by what is around it and lack of help from the host.

Comfortable beds, linens, clean and tidy, good location. Great information provided, easy to access property. Although details the mandatory insurance should be available prior to booking, to be transparent.

In the kitchen a few cupboard doors need replacing and an area of flooring had been damaged which requires attention. Let the flat down a bit.

Floors obviously v thin and we slept poorly first night due to noise from guests staying above us. (Not partying….just walking about, talking). Didn’t notice switch on first night for hot water.
