Gogalova Apartments

We all loved everything. It was giving coazy vibes.

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable but that isn’t a dealbreaker for me.

The location was super for our parents, as it was very close to our block. The apartment was clean and warm. Easy check in and check out.

There are two single beds standing close to each other, but there is steel a gap between them. The sofa is in the same room with beds, so there is only one room with sleeping places.

It was easy to find and easy to check-in.

The property has an incorrect description of the rooms, it turned out that there is no separate living and bedroom, everything was in one space, which was very uncomfortable, especially that I asked for pictures in advance, but never received them.

The apartment was 40 minutes on foot from the city center, but we took the city shared bicycles (bicykeLJ) for 1 euro for the week to go to the city center in 20 minutes. The road is all flat with cycling roads.

The apartment is relatively small and poorly lit. It is not very clean. The floor and the bedside tables were very dusty when we arrived. The bathroom sink and shower were clogged and the walls very thin, we could hear the neighbours snoring.

All the necessary utilities were present, beds were quite comfortable, very comfortable bathroom - the heater was very helpful during our stay. Overall a great apartment

Location is quite a distance from the city centre, so travelling on foot was more difficult than anticipated. There are many buses, however

Beds!! Too noisy and hard! We (mom, dad and kid) woke up several times every night during our stay. I had to share the sofa bed with my daughter and my husband slept on bed a bit in diagonal. He's 1,84 and he kicked many times the wooden frame with his feet while asleep. No blackout curtains in the bedroom Cleaning from the bathroom No direct contact in case of questions, problems, emergencies. Everything via app. I had a problem with the door at 20h, sent emails and msgs via booking and their app, got an answer at 8 in the morning. The extra fees should be given in advance.

We very much liked the location of the appartement. There's a nice spot where you can get a great iced coffee pretty close. Also there's Lidl and Turtle's Pizza close by. If you want to get to the city, there's a bus stop close by as well (also the busses are pretty easy to use in Ljubljana). The appartment had everything we needed.

We didn't like that you have to book the parking lot seperately even though it stays otherwise empty. But you can easily park a little further down the road.
