Very clean modern facilities

No wardrobes in rooms

After checking in and going to the room, I found that both the trash bins in the living room and the bathroom were full, leaving us no place to dispose of our garbage, which indicates that the cleaning staff did not clean the room. Additionally, there was a pile of towels on the bathroom floor, which I assume were placed there to prevent water from seeping out of the bathroom. The electric stove in the kitchen was not working, and the oven had a strange smell, so we ended up having to use the frying pan. The Wi-Fi couldn't connect all night, and to make matters worse, this hotel has no staff on-site; everything is self-service, relying on some instructions posted on the walls, which is very inconvenient.

Property condition

The location, bedrooms, and the local pub. It is a lovely place to stay.

Lack of Wifi was a problem. I think the guests may have important reasons to access the internet, such as family, emergency, or medical issues. This is especially important with price of the property. The owners left a lovely explanation about wanting to be able to connect more fully with their children, but it feels like that is based on their values, not the guests.
