"Dissatisfying and disappointing."

No breakfast

On arrival the beds were not made up and had used sheets on them, rubbish was still in bins in the unit, used towels on the floor, unit seemed to be only partially cleaned. No phone number available after 6pm on arrival. Contact booking person not replying to phone call or email. Had to clean unit ourselves. Reaction by owner only after 2 weeks on another attempt to get a reply. No refund offered. Very disappointing.

"Great one night stay"

Easy checkin with lock box. Great to have games on offer to fill in the time. Clean with plenty of towels and extra bedding. Pub was great for a meal

No milk, we arrived late and nowhere together milk. Agree with others that a towel rail is needed in bathroom Lake is about 5 minutes drive away, not nearby.
