Aftonbank Self Catering apartment, Pitlochry

The location was beautiful, quiet but with easy walking distance to the heart of Pitlochry. The hosts were lovely, helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

There was everything you would need for a home from home, very comfortable, great tv with a choice of viewing apps..I appreciated the fresh eggs,milk and homemade soda bread was a lovely touch..even tea,coffee and sugar.

There was nothing to dislike

spacious, quiet and comfortable. delicious soda bread, milk, eggs & butter provided was a nice touch. comfortable cosy bed.

at this time of year it would have been nice to have had the heating turned on in advance of our (pre-notified) arrival time; once on and warmed up it was however cosy.

best night we had in ages, calm and cosy bed. Lovely bread left for us. Many thanks

Lovely peaceful location. Plenty space.

The little changes of floor level though the apartment took a bit of getting used to and we were unable to work the lounge fire but other than that it was great.

Spotless, very spacious and comfortable. The area is extremely quiet, but just 10min walk from the town. The host left a delicious homemade soda bread for us, which was a great surprise.

We can't fault it!

location was great - easy walking distance into town for a meal. breakfast could have been better (soda bread and eggs) - but we also couldn't be bothered shopping for breakfast supplies for one day

bathroom floor was freezing!
