Apartments Overlooking the Green Hills of Ljubovic Park

The apartment is very nice, plenty of room, modern design. Location is nice, but that part of Podgorica is still developing and will be great once it's done. Parking you can find near the building. Its quiet and good for relaxation. Communication with property was done online and information was accurate and instructions are easy to follow.

Heating is via AC and it's great to set it up to you likeing for each room but the outside unit is a bit noisy.

This was a well equipped apartment with an excellent price. It is a short 10 to 15 minute walk to the train / bus station or the old town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was welcoming and helpful.

The apartment was excellent. If I had to complain then I would say the towels could have been larger and softer.

I came here on September 16th, the apartments wasn’t ready by 13:00 even though I said I’m going to come by this time. There were dirty towels and sheets in the apartmebts, I had to rent a hotel to stay for the night. I came in the next day and still found dirty towels. The shampoo in the bathroom looked like a poison.

Other than that, cool apartments.

The appartment itself was at the edge of Podgorica, from the balcony on the 4th floor we had a nice view to the park and towards the mountains. The information via mail for opening the house, the entrance door and the appartment itself was very detailled and worked perfectly. There are two separate bedrooms, a nice kitchen (fully equipped), a living room and bathroom including washing machine (perfect!). A parking lot is only 1 minute walk from the appartment. There is an elevator up to the 4th floor. But the team taking care of the appartment was immediately reacting to our complaints - that is a positive signal.

Unfortunately, the road could not be found in google maps, but we have been lucky as a youmg couple guided us to the house. The bed linnen was not very nice, it was broken and one sheet was even dirty. That was different than expected. The toilet seat was broken, the lightning did not work correctly.
