Apartments Overlooking the Green Hills of Ljubovic Park

It looks cozy. The bed and sofa are soft. TV is 4k (but a cheap one it seems). Pretty easy to find. Instructions and host communication was great. They helped us to get registered in Montenegro so we didn't have to do anything ourselves at all. Fan in the toilet is automatically on when you turn on lights.

There is no microwave oven - this is huge for warming up breakfast (or we didn't find it somehow). The cutlery drawer is in a weird place under the regular oven. It feels like some clothes on the sofa weren't washed for a while or have been in use for far too long. Trash can lid is broken and you have to touch it all the time. They could replace it. Toilet brush is very fragile and can break, and you can only flush once and then wait for a minute or two before flushing again - harder to get rid of waste if first flush wasn't enough. Front part of the toilet doesn't flush. They have a cheap washing machine inside that has rusty parts on it, and I'd not risk using it myself - had unpleasant experience with a similarly damaged machines in the past. There are ants coming from the balcony. They're small and rare, but they can bite. I believe it's quirks of the country. No cleaning days. They brought in toilet paper, but didn't take out the trash, which would be super nice of them... When you get out of the elevator - you have to hurry up to open the door or turn on the light on the floor. There's no automation, but it's outside of owner's control.

The apartment was very nice and cozy. The ambience was top notch. The location is great, easily accessible. The apartment had everything I needed to feel at home. Highly recommend 👌

If we talk about hosts i will give them highest grade. They are an example how service should look like. With them you will have the best communicaton. If we talk about appartment i can say that has the best location everything is close. Center is 10mins. Also appartment is nice you have everything you need.

Things to improve: Get rid of ants in the bathroom, Better option for shower because you can flood the floor, mattress on bed should be more comfy, turn off the sound of smoke detector because it is anoying and doesn't allow you to sleep, improve sound isolation of appartment, use conditioner for towels
