Litoral Mar Beside the Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Portimão! The place was modern, spotless, and very well maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights for us was the two terraces, we absolutely loved starting each morning with a coffee on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the beach, which made everything even more convenient. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again!

Me encantó todo. La casa es cálida, cómoda y práctica. Tiene muchos ventanales y dos balcones muy prácticos y amplios. . Me encantó que en la cocina hay algunas especias y demás productos, que se ve que han dejado los huéspedes anteriores, pero me parece un detalle genial. Si todos hicieran así (dueños y personas que alquilan) sería mucho mas ameno. Como cadena de favores. La ducha esta muy bien y el cuarto es perfecto.

Lo único que no me gustó es que estaba dentro de los filtros de "Vista al mar", pero la vista es al edificio que está al frente. El mar se ve de costado y solo un poco. Con tan lindo piso, no necesitan vender algo que no tienen, porque el resto es genial.

L'emplacement était parfait avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. C'est près de la plage, des restaurants et des magasins. L'appartement était très propre et bien tenu et nous avons eu un séjour très agréable.

Location was very good

The host was impossible to deal with we arrived as agreed at 10pm and despite asking g several times during the day of arrival we received no instructions on how to get into the apartment we were left standing outside in the dark and cold trying to get her to answer us she then behaved as if she was surprised we were there even though we had written confirmation of the time of check in from her, the apartment was freezing cold when we did eventually get in after 10 or 12 minutes of back and forth after which she unlocked the door from her remote location which she could have done in the first place. I can’t stress enough how poor this lady is at communicating she just complete ignores emails. The instructions we received got us in through the main gate and after that nothing, instructions on how to use the room safe but there was no safe, the shower is over the bath and while it works perfectly fine there is a screen fitted the whole length the bath and it has a high sharp edged lip on it it’s dangerous and needs to be sorted before someone gets badly hurt one of us injured a toe badly on it. The place was comfortable and well equipped it was clean enough but could definitely have been better

The apartment was clean and had the basic necessities we needed. It was close to the beach / boardwalks, the cliff hikes and many delicious restaurants. The manager was available when needed and very friendly.

The view from our balcony was another condo building in need of repair ( balconies had broken stucco etc). They were doing reconstruction so that will likely be nicer to look at next year). But for our stay the view and construction noise was not nice) Also. The bed was ok, but our pillows were not good.

Where nice apartment with all facility..near by everything you can catch....owner is very good..he allow me to late check out becuse of baby...thank you ..

Apartamento limpo e bem conservado, localizado em local calmo e propício ao descanso. A anfitriã foi sempre muito prestável e simpática, tendo inclusivamente nos ajudado com a bagagem no fim da estadia.

O apartamento é próximo da praia dos Três Castelos, entre a Praia da Rocha e o Vau. Em localização relativa do centro da Praia da Rocha.
