The apartment is spacious for two people. It is on the 16th floor and the soundproofing is fantastic, so it is very quiet -- as I was working, this was great. The ocean view is spectacular.

The internet is fast and two people can easily watch movies on the internet without problems. But if you want to download a few large-size movies, the connection breaks frequently and it takes quite a bit of time. Our home internet is much faster.

"Perfect beach view and nice accomodations."

We found the apartment to be just as the photos showed and enjoyed the view of both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The beach is close enough to walk and we enjoyed walking down the boardwalk. Maps and recommendations were provided for local restaurants and grocery shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

"Fabulous - value for money & beautiful apartment"

Very clean and spacious studio apartment, a short 10 minute walk to the beach and main esplanade where most of the restaurants and shops were situated. The walk was well lit so felt safe even in the dark. Small spar close by for any immediate groceries etc and lots of fantastic cafes for breakfast or lunch! Bed was comfy and kitchen very well stocked with equipment. Washing machine easy to use and a large balcony with drying equipment, sun beds, table and chairs should you wish to eat outside. Communication with the hosts was easy and friendly, with lots of useful suggestions for our stay! Overall 10/10 and I would definitely recommend and I would not hesitate to book with Mark & Alina again!

We came here as a couple. My girlfriend wanted to go to the beach, and it is just a short walking distance. Not so close to the beach that you get a lot of noise. I came here to work and the place is very quiet, so good to concentrate on work. The fact that it is on the 16th floor strongly reduced the slight sounds from the street. Added bonus: Various horses in front of the apartment, so you can feed them with carrots.

The apartment is great and well-kept; no negative points come to mind.
