High In The Sky

There are beautiful beaches within walking distance of the apartment. I enjoyed relaxing on the porch which has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s a quick drive to the marina if you want to book a boat excursion. The apartment and complex is very clean and modern.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Gorgeous bathroom and view from the balcony. Also great facilities within the kitchen area. Huge fridge freezer.

The water almost overflow out of the shower if you have it on full blast so we often had to reduce the power, stop and start our showers. The conduction oven wasn’t the best, took a lot longer to cook things.

Great location, close to beach but away from street noise. Excellent facilities, kitchen well equipped, nice balcony. Friendly host.

We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for short or long-term stay. We spent 33 nights in south-facing Apartment 1609. We had full view of the ocean and the city. The apartment is spacious, has a comfortable bed and furniture, full-size fridge, washer, lots of storage for your belongings and has a large patio. The Wifi was great. The main building, Club Praia Mar, is located close to all beaches, the promenade and the beach boardwalks. You can't miss it due to its height! There are several small grocery stores within a few blocks with the large grocery store, Continente, only about a 20 minute walk away. This was a great spot to have as a home base while we ventured out to other towns and explored the area. Marc and Alina were fantastic, helpful hosts who share their knowledge of the area. If we needed anything for the apartment, they brought it right away. Towels were changed weekly and bedding every two weeks - a real bonus for long term clients.

Alina and Mark steal the show: the warmest, most helpful and most available hosts ever! The apartment itself is a HUGE studio, super clean, quiet and ultra comfortable, with a colossal balcony and a nice ocean view to the right. It's a five-minute walk to the beach through a little pathway down below, and the beach itself is gorgeous.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was poorly designed and the placement of the sink makes it difficult to wash the dishes. But there is not much that can be done about that.
