Plenty of room for four people - it's a big property. The beds were nice and comfy and it was nice and warm for such a large property. Central location and nice views.

Some elements of decorative upgrade are required.

Good location on the main Ayr rd. Ample parking. Easy access to the top floor flat. Very comfortable accommodation with two very large bedrooms, one en-suite. Also toilet downstairs of the hallway that has a bath and shower.. Large well presented living room. Good sized kitchen. Close to beach, shops, golf course and Prestwick Airport. Also Sainsburys is a two minute walk away. Outside large garden area at the rear with table and chairs.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent top floor flat on the main Ayr rd. Very comfortable and warm. Two large bedrooms, 1 en-suite also large toilet down stairs with bath and shower. Large kitchen and living room with table and chairs at the bay window where you can see over to Troon. Local shops, restaurants, bars and beach close by and 2 min walk from Sainsburys.

Nothing to dislike.

A well appointed flat with lovely views, and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Relaxing at the end of each day looking out the front bay windows.

The parking facilities need updating on Booking.com site as we parked in the road before realising we had parking for two cars.

Did realise it was a 1st floor apartment.

Great location, fresh and clean apartment, linens were spotless, a standard we wish all rentals would provide. Traffic noise from road wasn't too bad, back bedroom was quiet to sleep in, and front bedroom would be fine,i think, if windows were closed. All rooms were generously proportioned, heating easy to put on and off, both showers were good. House info book was informative and helpful. Check in was easy peasy.

The only minor point was the position of the micro in a cupboard above oven, reaching up to remove hot food could pose a risk. Would be hard to reach for smaller guests. Theres Plenty of space on worktop, to possibly relocate it.

The property was lovely and very spacious 😊 had everything you needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely return.
