Mucho ruido a todas horas, el vecino de arriba discutiendo a grito vivo desde las 5 de la mañana, el recinto muy muy sucio, el piso no tiene cortinas y hay demasiada claridad en las habitaciones, el secador no funcionaba y las primeras fotos que aparecen en Booking no corresponden al piso, las últimas, las del piso antiguo si, la ubicación que te envian para llegar, no corresponden a la ubicación del piso

Location was amazing and we saw some fantastic sunsets. The hosts were always responsive prior, during & after our stay. Every where was clean, fresh linen for the beds and all made up ready for our arrival. Fresh towels, few essentials in the kitchen, shower gel, soap. We were told there is iron , ironing board & hair dryer but we didn't need any of these. Brush & pan to sweep the floors easily enough. 💯 recommend this apartment 30B 🤩.

Everything was perfect, furniture a little dated, however, all worked and did exactly what it should do 🤩 and didn't bother us at all.

Excellent location and really nice apartment!!! Looking forward to staying again

A vista para a Marina de Vilamoura é surpreendente!!

Alguns itens precisam de manutenção e no quarto não tem blackout e o sol nasce bem na janela, acordamos com os olhos ardendo da luz direta…

Localização excecional, perto da praia e da marina de Vilamoura; Vista fantástica sobre a marina de Vilamoura; Supermercados e padaria perto; Apartamento espaçoso e limpo; Parque privativo;

Barulho à noite dos funcionários dos restaurantes adjacentes, a descarregar garrafas e lixo nos caixotes do lixo por baixo da janela do quarto; Porta de correr da varanda, extremamente difícil de abrir; Gavetas da cozinhas estragadas e desencaixadas; Porta de correr do duche desencaixou-se durante a estadia; Acho que necessitava de uma máquina de lavar roupa;

A localização é excelente.

Janelas de correr não funcionam. Ficha da casa de banho estragada. Sanita desloca-se no chão. Sem estores que dificulta o dormir. Mangueira do duche verte muita água. Gavetas da cozinha a precisar de manutenção. Sofá cama faz imenso barulho ao mínimo movimento.

The location was good

When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned from the last tennants, bearing in mind we did not arrive until 11pm. After finalling getting in touch with the host he expected us to stay in the same bed as previous tennants without sheets being changed. The kitchen was stinking as the bins had not been changed. We finally accepted to stay on the couch after a refund was agreed for the day rate we paid and that a cleaner would arrive at lunchtime the next day. Cleaner arrived but no refund ever did. I have since been unable to contact the host either on whatsapp or booking.com.
