Läget och lugnet.Bastun var extra plus. Nära till centrum och överallt stort sätt så kunde gå i stället för att bilen. Hördes inget ifrån grannarna så härligt lugnt.

Ingen info och omöjligt få kontakt med värden. Inte lyckats och fick aldrig info om hur få wifin i gång. Hade glömt meddela vart och vilken kod att hämta nycklarna och när vi försökte få kontakt lyckades det inte. Vattenläcka på toa när man satte på kranen i handfatet,lampa på toa funkade inte,avloppet i köket täppt,ingen hylla för flaskor i dusch,för lite toapapper,brödrost var sönder,hade behövt mer än en kastrull. Mer än en omgång sängkläder hade behövs när man bor så länge som 29 som vi gjorde.

As I was in Rovaniemi for work, reliable internet was crucial, especially since my mobile data also stopped working the moment I arrived. My rstay was incredibly frustrating, not just because the WiFi wasn't working, but because of how completely ignored and disrespected I felt by the host. I checked in on Sunday evening to find the WiFi wasn't operational. The host did reply quickly to my initial message, promising a fix by Monday morning. However, despite my follow-up, I received absolutely no updates, and they totally ignored my subsequent attempts to reach out. The WiFi wasn't restored until Wednesday evening, resulting in significant lost work hours. While I understand technical difficulties can happen, the real issue here was their complete failure to communicate respectfully or keep me informed. After paying for a service that was advertised as included, it felt like they didn't even care to update me. This is exactly how you insult someone without doing or saying anything and I felt it. Anyway, this experience was a humbling reminder that even as paying customers, we can sometimes be treated as insignificant. This is my first time leaving such a negative review in booking. Honestly, I am a person who can adjust to things easily.

Staff was very rude and useless during check in, part of it is that they don't answer phone calls, let me waiting in the hallway for 30minutes, they rang at my door 15minutes before check out time and when I opened the door there was nobody but I could hear somebody hidding in the stairway.
