Villa Haaveranta - Private Villa by the lake

Tosi upea paikka ja erittäin ystävällisiä paikanpäällä. Ja kaiki mitä tarvii paikanpäällä on jo siellä.

Simply the best accommodation we’ve ever had! Petri and Kati are amazing, the house is incredible and everything was perfect. We had sauna, a chimney, they waited for us to arrive and everything was ready for us.

Oh mein Gott! Die Bilder in der Anzeige haben ja schon viel versprochen, aber die Realität hat alles übertroffen! Das Haus war einfach großartig. Nicht nur die Lage ist spektakulär am See gelegen, auch die Ausstattung lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben selten eine so vollständig und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Küche in einem Ferienhaus erlebt. Wir hatten ZWEI Saunen zur freien Verfügung. Eine im Haus, und eine mit Holzofen direkt am See. Kati und Petri haben unseren Zug getrackt und hätten uns wohl auch in Rovaniemi vom Bahnhof abgeholt, wenn wird durch die sehr verspätete Ankunft unseres Zuges nicht mehr unseren Mietwagen hätten übernehmen können und haben uns sogar Angeboten für unseren ersten Tag einzukaufen, damit wir nicht ohne Frühstück sind am ersten Tag. Beides war aber nicht nötig. Kati stand uns immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat uns mit sehr guten Tips für Unternehmungen versorgt. Die Kommunikation war extrem nett und unkompliziert. Für uns war das Liebe auf den ersten Blick, wir wollen auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Wenn man Mittsommer noch nicht erlebt hat, ist Juni/Juli dort die perfekte Zeit. 24 Stunden Tageslicht muss man wirklich erlebt haben. Schlafen kann man trotzdem, denn die Verdunklung im Haus ist super, man wird nur nicht müde. Wir werden versuchen das nächste Mal im Herbst zu kommen, wenn die Wälder voll mit Beeren ist und am Himmel die ersten Nordlichter zu sehen sind

Nichts, aber wirklich gar nichts ist hier zu verbessern.

Don’t even hesitate to choose this stay. You will not regret. Amazing stay. Petri and Kati made our stay and vacation soo joyful. We were welcomed with loads of fruits, chocolates and much more eateries. They even baked a cake for us. The place was soo cozy. The only regret for us was not able to stay there longer. We believe one day we will come back again and enjoy the pace even more

Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur mit einem bezaubernden Blick auf den See und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Kaminfeuer im Wohnzimmer empfangen. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Sogar Lebensmittel und Toilettenartikel standen bereits für uns bereit. Vom Haus aus kann man die Nordlichter optimal bewundern. Die Zeit war viel zu kurz.

This review section hardly allows enough words to capture how truly wonderful our stay was. From the very beginning, every contact with our super friendly hosts, Kati and Petri, was effortless and welcoming. They are incredibly kind and caring, always ready to help with anything we needed. They even invited us to join them for fishing and to watch the lunar eclipse together, they really gave this place such a memorable and personal touch. The hosts have two super cute dogs, Nuuka and Násti and some chicken that we were allowed to feed and pet. The house itself exceeded all our expectations. It is far more spacious than we imagined and equipped with absolutely everything you might need, from women’s hygiene products, shampoo, and detergent to local snacks and fresh fruit. Everything was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully prepared, and made us feel at home immediately. The location is simply perfect: surrounded by nature, with reindeer visiting the garden almost daily, yet still close to Rovaniemi and centrally placed for exploring the area. The peaceful setting provided us with a tremendous amount of positive energy, and the stunning sunsets made each evening unforgettable. We felt safe and comfortable at all times, truly able to relax and recharge. We would love to return as soon as possible and can only recommend this beautiful place to EVERYONE traveling to Rovaniemi. Thank you, Kati and Petri for this amazing - yet too short - stay!

Everything was perfect. There is really nothing to complain about.

La amabilidad, cercanía y preocupación porque estuviéramos cómodos y confortables. Nos ayudaron dándonos mucha información. También es de destacar de una forma especial la limpieza y orden de la casa, los presentes que nos dejaron y que todo estaba como nuevo. Nos sentimos como en casa. La amabilidad y la cercanía fueron especiales. Disfrutamos muchismo de la casa, que tiene unas instalaciones perfectas
