It was very clean, in a good location. The owners were very helpful in helping me find luggage storage.

It was hot during my stay. There was no air conditioning or even a fan. I only stayed one of the 2 nights I booked because there was no way to cool the apartment down and it was too hot to sleep. Also, there was no coffee in the cupboard as there was supposed to be

The apartment with sauna Is very nice. Everything was working.

Well maintained, with all the facilities, super cosy, perfect for couple stay. I spent 4 nights here and it was a delightful stay. Everything's at walking distance. Basic things like sugar, salt, coffee, diswashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, garbage bags were there in the pantry, shampoo, bodywash were there in bathroom.. All the utensils are there in kitchen. Sauna was the best time i spent in this stay. At first i was little confused locating building but its just above the k market and the entrance is just backside. It took me a while to figure out but i did eventually. Otherwise Everything was excellent.

Just that it took me little time to figure out apartment building because i couldn't see the building number mentioned in the address.

Interiors, location, facilities and sauna are exceptional.

Reaching out to host in case of emergency is very difficult. They will not pick the call even.

1. The hairdryers were defective—one didn’t work, and the other ended up catching my hair, which was frustrating. 2. The apartment lacked basic kitchen essentials like a cheese grater and colander, which are usually standard in private accommodations. 3. The bathroom design needs improvement—there’s no divider between the toilet and the shower, making the floor uncomfortably wet. 4. While we appreciated the host initially agreeing to a late checkout (as our flight was in the evening), we were unexpectedly told on the morning of our checkout that we had to leave by 1 PM. This last-minute change completely disrupted our plans, forcing us to drag our luggage through the snow—something we were specifically trying to avoid. We were made aware that they had a new guest coming in but, why couldn’t this have been communicated to us when the new booking was confirmed? What made it worse was that I had reached out the day before to confirm if the late checkout was still okay and received no response, leading us to believe everything was fine. Additionally, the host had previously offered a discounted airport drop-off, but on the checkout day, they simply told us to book an Uber or Bolt instead. This inconsistency was confusing and added to the frustration of our departure. While the property itself was nice, the poor communication and last-minute changes significantly impacted our experience. The host has every right to deny a late checkout, but agreeing to it and then reversing the decision at the last moment was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing.
