Purlins Holiday Apartment

Nicola was a fantastic host. Her property is absolutely fantastic, so clean and well maintained and right in the middle of town. Quite literally the town at the doorstep! Nicola was so kind and helpful and added stair gates and a cot for our youngest. There were lovely drinks and the fridge was stocked up with food with our dietary needs taken into consideration.

Wonderful location. Apartment has amazing character: ancient beams, view onto street and entrance to Cathedral Close. Just steps from restaurants and the cathedral. Yet everything in the apartment works. Nicola, the manager is incredibly devoted to exceeding expectations.

Two flights of steep stairs. Surprisingly, my wife who has mobility issues, and has difficulty with stairs, managed quite well.

Firstly the location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Salisbury and it also has parking included! The attention to detail provided by Nicola is exceptional. The apartment is super clean, there was a lovely welcome breakfast pack provided that was much appreciated, there are books and games and lots of lovely little extra, well thought out touches to enhance your stay. We live in ‘the sticks’ so having the armchairs to look out over the High Street were a huge plus and the view of the Cathedral was a delight! We couldn’t fault the apartment and would heartily recommend a stay here - you wont regret it!

Perfection and exceptional service. We spent Christmas week here so it was extra special for us. Nicola is the perfect host, she went above and beyond to ensure exceptional levels of comfort and service. Supplies were provided to get us on our feet for the next day, reliable and efficient communication and the location is great as well. Would recommend this place infinitely to anyone who visits Salisbury. I understand and concur with every visitor who has rated this place 10/10. Having travelled widely and stayed in many places, I would rate this infinite out of 10 as no one can match the levels of comfort and service at Purlins.

The attention to detail. It covered everything you could want. If you had forgotten anything it was there. It was very cosy and relaxing.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Hier hat jemand sehr geschickt das alte Gebäude umgebaut und ein gemütliches neues Heim geschaffen. Bis ins kleinste Detail hat die Vermieterin darauf geachtet, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen können, u.a.mit einem frischen Obstteller, Eiern, Milch, Bacon und Süßigkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der Kathedrale und an der Hauptstraße, ist aber trotzdem ruhig und hat einen kleinen, schattigen, begrünten Innenhof. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
