Good location to the city center. Compact but good accommodation had nearly everything needed. Phone call answered promptly and professionally.

No freezer or freezer compartment in the fridge. No sieve for rice , just a colander which was had too big holes. Location wasn’t great as car park opposite was gathering spot for very early morning loud music playing shouting etc but understood this is was out of the owners control.

Location was excellent, less than 10mins from Leicester station, less than 10mins from Victoria Park and right around the corner from loads of bars, eateries and shops!

Block of flats itself was a little beaten up, punch holes in some walls, smells and flies… the flat was well decorated with a lovely little kitchen but unfortunately the sofa bed wasn’t in great condition (faulty legs, stains and cigarette burns in the seat…) and some of the bedding was very dirty.

Location excellent, very centric and near train station. Nice kitchen, well equipped, clean. Nice batroom, clean, shower worked well. Nice size bedroom, bed was comfortable. Heating was working well. We needed to contact host upon arrival to sort out door code, internet issues, not enough toiletres for 3 people and no bin bags in the kitchen. He was available, approchable and tried to sort out the issues. Host tried to sort out internet issues during our visit, as it was not possible, gave us a refund. More toiletres and bin bags were brought to the apartment on the second day. Host told us he was going to check the door lock following our visit.

Code to enter apartment was wrong and we needed to contact host to get the right one and be able to lock the door/leave the apartment. Door was open on arrival, cleaners had not locked properly. Host explained it needed extra turn of the knob to make sure it was locked- this was not on the instructions sent to enter. Second day after they left the toiletries, door was not properly locked when we came back. Lock may need checking. There was no internet/tv as per description. There were no board games/puzzles as per description. Sofa bed was not that comfortable. Curtains in bedrrom had stains and one of he cusions in bedroom too. The stains on cushion looked like they had never been cleaned- it ruined the sense of cleaniness, while in fact the apartment was well cleaned. In general, it looked like the apartment had not been properly checked before our arrival.

Good location, reasonably priced

Some areas were not so clean, for instance there was a piece of clothing left behind a chair and dust in the corners

Very close to everything, easy to locate.
