nice little area with pastries and some milk provided. host was quick with responses

there was black stuff all over the floor of the shower. the shower head was also broken and couldn't stand up correctly so i had to have it leaning against the wall at a weird angle. also couldn't control the temperature at all, had to message for them to turn on which was a little annoying. would've been nice to know what i would have to carry my heavy suitcase up 3 flights of narrow stairs to get to my room, probably wouldn't have booked if i knew since it was quite a struggle to get up and down.

Very nice apartment. Everything needed was there and everything worked.

There was everything there however there was not easy access to hot water the kitchen rap wasn't working great. I was rushed for time and had no time to scrub the dishes in cold water

Taxis were hard to come by because the address was barred from some companies so obviously someone giving that address had been bumping them or rude etc.

The apartment was beautiful. A real home from home. It had everything we could possibly need for our weekend stay as well as personal added extras. We arrived to a personal greeting from Sarah and the keys were easy to locate. There was fresh milk in the fridge, breakfast brioche, chocolate biscuits and even ice in the freezer. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Liverpool. Thank you Sarah ☺️

The property was bigger then i expected - 2 rooms living room kitchen and bedroom

beautiful decor big bedroom (ground floor) had everything needed excellent WiFi free road parking round the corner little unexpected perks like tea, coffee, milk, choc, croissants

needed a mirror in the bedroom, ideally a long one on the wall near the door blinds are not enough to keep light out so room bright at early time pelican crossing outside a bit of a nuisance could of done with a handbook for how to instructions eg heating and fire escape

Short taxi ride from Lime Street station was convenient. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed - croissants and tea/coffee/milk was a nice touch and very appreciated. Easy check in.

A few aspects were a bit tired - large crack in sink and black marks on the shower sealant. For the price though, it was very good value for money.

Easy check in, comfortable, clean, even was little snacks / biscuits left for us which was lovely!
