The apartment was decorated to a high standard with a good offering of white goods. In addition it was warm and quiet (when the windows are closed). The complimentary tea, coffee and chocolates were a nice touch. Communication with the owner was good and she responsed very quick.

The apartment was up two and a half flights of very steep, narrow stairs, one flight of which had no bannister, which I'm surprised is acceptable under building regulations. I found them dangerous and difficult to accend and descend with my small case. Anyone with a larger case or mild disability would struggle to get up to the apartment. Whilst the apartment was very clean, there was black mould in the shower. It's not possible to regulate the very effective central heating. Opening the windows is the only way to cool the place down, but this comes with quite a lot of road noise.

The apartment was really nice, very clean, nice little welcome package waiting for us too. The apartment has been done to a very high standard and was very comfortable. Everything you would expect to be there was. It's a shame we were only stopping for one night.

If I had to say anything, the area was the only thing. It's not that we didn't like it, we were just told it was not a good area by the taxi drivers that said, we felt very safe in our apartment and at no time did anything happen to change that. Not sure why it's been earmarked as not a good area.

Great property, had a great weekend and it was close enough to town by bus or taxi.

Traffic noise on road next to bedroom, wasn't something that would put me off booking again, just take some earplugs 👍

There were two flights of quite narrow stairs up to our apartment, on the whole had no handrail!

Sarah was very communicative, and quick to reply. Instructions for everything were very clear. The place was cosy, and very clean.

Check out was a bit too early, but also understand the place needs to be turn around quicker.

The air b and b was lovely. Modern, clean, bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy. Routes to Liverpool football ground and Liverpool city centre/bus station. Owner also left us lovely treats and fresh milk to have a tea/coffee and brioche/choccy on arrival. Very needed after long journey. Thank you. Will definitely be back!
