Perfect location. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Nice to meet the owner who came to check that all was OK.

Taking our rubbish to the outside bins. Only one teaspoon, and two wine glasses. Adequate but not luxurious!

The location is simply perfect - not far from the train station and near to the restaurants and shops. But the rest is not worthy

The instructions for arriving are not clear - only the information where to get the keys: no information about the floor or apartment number. All the furniture is too old for the pricing. The bed is not comfortable. We chose the apartment because of self check-in, but the host decided to visit us. Not enough kitchen staff. No coffee machine. No washing machine and no iron.

Very clean, central and we had everything we needed! 7 minutts walk from train station, very practical for exploring the Cinque Terre. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend.

Only one thing could have been a little bit better, the pillows in the main bedroom could have been softer/bigger.

Central Location good sized apartment

We were welcomed by our host, and she explained all about the apartment. It was very clean and central to good restaurants. Very close to station. Enjoy our stay

Location very good, easy to reach. It was very clean. Our host Patrizia was very friendly and helpful.

There was no iron or ironing board, pillows were ordinary.

The apartment is a decent size for two people. The location is superb and right on the high street, but it was quite quiet with the doors and windows closed. The decor was interesting and the air conditioning was a huge bonus.

The apartment was quite dusty and had not been thoroughly cleaned which set off allergies. The utensils in the kitchen are quite old and there is no matching cutlery or glasses. There were very few utilities in the apartment - barely anything to cook with, no tissues, not enough toilet paper. The host also visited unannounced in the early morning to ask us for cash for the city tax (which must be paid in cash even though the website says card/bank transfer is available), which is not a major issue but was a little intrusive.

A very spacious studio, perfect for a few days at the Cinque Terre. Located in the heart of La Spezia so close to the station and loads of restaurants and bars. Hosts made check in process really easy and were very informative on things to do in Cinque Terre. Great apartment for 1, 2 or 3 people! Kitchen was well equipped and building was secure. Bathroom also very spacious.
