Rosa's Beach Studios

Stunning little apartment on the beach, very quiet at night, perfect spot for using the beach daily. Lots of places to eat at night. Hosts were fabulous, could not have been more helpful, would return anytime for another stay.

Everything was great

Rosas is family run and you are treated as a special guest during your stay. I felt completely looked after but, importantly, left alone to enjoy my holiday without interference . The location and facilities are all excellent. I was a late booking and lucky to get a cancellation room on the top floor with a balcony and stunning views over the Ionian Sea to Zakynthos. The studios are at the quieter end of the Lourdas Beach Road and while the cafes and restaurants are an easy walk it’s away from the (moderate) busyness. The less frequented and very beautiful Kanali Beach - wonderful swimming - is a just short walk. I loved my stay here and look forward to returning.

Beautifully located right by the sea with a sandy beach, Rosa’s Beach Studios are a true gem. Run by a Greek family, you immediately feel warmly welcomed – from the very first moment. Despina’s personal touch can be felt everywhere: the studios are lovingly and thoughtfully arranged, with every detail carefully considered. And if something doesn’t work right away, help is offered immediately – always with kindness and competence. A special highlight is not only the direct beach location, but also the green lawn with its old, magnificent oleander trees. They provide shade, fragrance, and an atmosphere that makes the stay simply unforgettable. I am deeply grateful for the warm hospitality and for creating such a wonderful holiday retreat, unmatched in its warmth, kindness, and sense of well-being. Traumhaft gelegen, direkt am Meer mit feinem Sandstrand, sind Rosa’s Beach Studios ein echtes Juwel. Geführt von einer griechischen Familie, spürt man hier sofort die herzliche Aufnahme – man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Die Handschrift von Despina ist überall zu erkennen: Die Studios sind liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, an jedes Detail ist gedacht. Sollte einmal etwas nicht gleich funktionieren, wird sofort mit Kompetenz und Wärme geholfen – immer mit einem Lächeln. Ein besonderes Highlight ist nicht nur die Lage direkt am Strand, sondern auch die grüne Wiese mit ihren alten, prächtigen Oleanderbäumen. Sie schenken Schatten, Duft und eine Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht. Ich bedanke mich von Herzen für die Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass hier ein Feriendomizil geschaffen wurde, das an Herzlichkeit, Wärme und Wohlfühlen kaum zu übertreffen ist.

Die Anlage wird von einer Familie geführt, die sich rührend um alles kümmert. Nachfragen wurden sofort erledigt. Die Ausstattung des Appartement war komplett. Uns hat es als Selbstversorger an nichts gefehlt. Die Familie hat auch sehr für Sauberkeit gesorgt. Die Aussicht war hervorragend, toller Meerblick und ein guter Zugang zum Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Little bit dated

Sehr einfaches Appartment mit schönem Balkon und Meerblick. Alles sauber, WC Papier vorhanden, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden gewechselt. Küche für einfache Gerichte ausreichend. Lage perfekt mit Parkplatz. Auto von Vorteil. Strandliegen und Schirme nach Verfügbarkeit gratis vorhanden. Gute Tavernen fussläufig vorhanden. Sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Tutto perfetto, la struttura è ben rifinita, la camera confortevole e pulita. Despina è molto accogliente e disponibile per ogni necessità.

La struttura è molto bella,pulita e ben organizzata e la posizione comodissima per vedere le spiagge del sud di Cefalonia Il panorama dal mio appartamento direttamente sul mare di Lourdas era stupendo e la proprietaria Despina insieme ai suoi familiari è sempre stata gentilissima e molto disponibile Non mi è mai mancato nulla e anche il paesino di Lourdas Bay mi è piaciuto,tranquillo ma comunque attrezzato con vari ristoranti e piccoli supermercati L'appartamento ha il suo parcheggio privato, molto comodo e si ha a disposizione una lavatrice, in comune con gli altri appartamenti molto utile per lavare i vestiti o gli asciugamani da spiaggia,mentre le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono forniti e cambiati dalla struttura.
