After booking the Studio with Garden View – Ground Floor, guests are assigned to any available ground-floor studio. Selecting a specific studio number is not possible. Please note that the patio is located within a shared garden area and is not fully private. After booking the Studio with Balcony, guests are assigned to any available first- or second-floor studio. Selecting a specific studio number or floor is not possible. Guests must present a valid ID card or passport upon check-in. Breakfast is not provided. Food and beverage items are not supplied in the studio. There is no reception desk on site. For assistance during your stay, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or Viber. We speak English and Greek. Pets, parties, events, and electric vehicle charging are not permitted. Foot Beach Access: Our property is built on a small hill. A short, steep downhill stone staircase leads from our lawn area directly to Lourdas Beach Road. For accurate navigation to Rosa's Beach Studios, we recommend using Google Maps. Other services, including Booking.com Maps and Apple Maps, may provide incorrect directions in our area.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Sparkling clean room.. ✨✨✨ Lovely holidays!"

We had a great stay! The view from balcony was fantastic! We loved our room and how clean was everything!! ✨✨✨ One of the most sparkling places we ever stayed. The property is beautiful.. The garden area as well.. We were provided with our own sun umbrella and sunbeds. Thank you Despina for all you do! We also forgot our plug converters from UK to EU and Despina provided us with 3! (for all of our devices).... Thank you so much! 🥰

"Relaxing and friendly!"

I came to Kefalonia for a friend’s wedding but travelled solo and stayed at Rosa’s Beach studios for 10 days. I absolutely loved my stay! Despina is honestly the loveliest person and couldn’t have done more for me. She contacted me via WhatsApp the day before and booked me a taxi. She then met me and let me check in even though it was 2 hours before the scheduled check in time. On my first night she drove me to Skala with her friend and we got ice cream! The room was clean and spacious and exceeded my expectation's. I was on the ground floor and the view was lovely. The area is quiet so is lovely for a relaxing break. If you want to travel around the island then I would recommend hiring a car. I was a bit nervous about driving in another country, but was able to hire a driver for the day. There is also a bus that comes twice a day. I would come back here just to see Despina again!

The accommodation is well furnished & equipped, proximity to the beach makes it an amazing experience overall. Recommended for everyone who is looking for a relaxed holiday. Restaurants & bars nearby on beach offer variety of food. Moreover I would like to emphasize the kindness and communication of the owners. 100% recommended!

"Tranquil Paradise"

What a perfect week! The owners Despina & Vassillas are so lovely. They couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were clean and spacious, with beautiful views on a quiet part of Lourdas beach. You can take sun lounges from the owners onto the beach and we were given an umbrella for some shade. I would highly recommend. Perfect for couples wishing to have some tranquility.

There was nothing that I disliked about this place.

The hosts were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The accommodation is located in a splendid area. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was wow! Exactly as in the pictures, we will come back for sure.
