After booking the Studio with Garden View – Ground Floor, guests are assigned to any available ground-floor studio. Selecting a specific studio number is not possible. Please note that the patio is located within a shared garden area and is not fully private. After booking the Studio with Balcony, guests are assigned to any available first- or second-floor studio. Selecting a specific studio number or floor is not possible. Guests must present a valid ID card or passport upon check-in. Breakfast is not provided. Food and beverage items are not supplied in the studio. There is no reception desk on site. For assistance during your stay, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or Viber. We speak English and Greek. Pets, parties, events, and electric vehicle charging are not permitted. Foot Beach Access: Our property is built on a small hill. A short, steep downhill stone staircase leads from our lawn area directly to Lourdas Beach Road. For accurate navigation to Rosa's Beach Studios, we recommend using Google Maps. The studio apartment was very clean and had all amenities needed for a holiday literally a stone's throw away from the lovely Lourdas sandy beach with great views from the patio. It is also close to some very nice restaurants. Hosts very helpful and friendly.

"Excellent place to stay for a great holiday with helpful owners."

Balcony overlooking the sea. Very close to the beach. Attractive garden with shower and loungers. Free loungers and sun shades for use on beach. Whole area well managed. Bed clothes changed every 2 days. All room services worked well. Very peaceful.

Air conditioning was rather small for room size so took longer for room to cool. Shower small. Prefer room with seperate kitchen but that was a small issue.

It’s location, beach distance, close to good restaurants. Staff were very very helpful and friendly and even provided us with ice packs and sun beds.

Beds were a little Bit harder than we like but that was the only thing. Would definitely rec come d this property. Beautifully maintained!

Despina, the host was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.she made us feel really welcome. Rooms really clean and changed 3 times in the week. Booked taxis for us to and from airport and got a good price on a hire car for three days. Would recommend staying here as real value for money. Lourdas has just enough, a few tavernas and bars and a lovely beach and turquoise sea. Really relaxing. Everyone we met was so friendly and. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and we will definitely be back next year

To be honest I have struggled to find anything we didn’t like. We had everything we wanted to make it a great holiday.
