We loved the vibe in the place, and the location near the castle was wonderfull! We loved a night stroll around the castle and feel as if we lived there. The appartment was simple but cozy, the perfect place to spend a few night to explore matsumoto. One doesn't need much more.

The beds were a tiny bit stuffy compared to other booking we had on the same trip, so that stood out to us, but nothing unacceptable.

My 72y.o mom like this place, she said: the apt is complete with kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc like a real house. The Location is very close to the castle, she can even walk (with her weak knees). She really likes this place, she even recommend it to our family and friends. The parking lot is across the property, it’s cheap ¥1200 for 24hs.

Not the property fault, but the apt. on the 2nd floor, my old mom is having difficulty to climb the stairs, because of her weak knees. Next time if we travel with my old mom, we will try to book the 1st floor.

Petit appartement dans le style japonais très bien placé. Bien pratique avec 2 chambres, un petit séjour et les sanitaires. Bien agréable et très central.

Such a cute apartment and a really good location. The owners make sure that you have everything you need and are very communicative. This was our favorite place to stay in Japan. Very comfortable.

Being 57, I struggled with no chairs to sit on. I find sitting on the floor difficult!

Le logement est typique, très fonctionnel et confortable. Il est très bien situé, à côté du château, dans une rue calme. Le gérant est très réactif, nous avons pu faire le checkin avant l’heure prévue.
