- location: very close to Matsumoto Castle - comfortable futon - fully equipped

- a little bit uncomfortable because of the low ceiling and unopenable windows in the living room - not so well maintained - no private parking space

walking distance to Matsumoto Castle, the 2 popular streets with Arts/Crafts & a short walk to the Museum of Modern Art. Addresses in Japan can be challenging. I was able to call the host and he talked me through finding the apt. Liked the all inclusive batthroom/shower and kitchenette. Our upstairs flat had 2 separate bedrooms , with 2 futons in each (Although we only needed 2 beds )

It would be helpful to inform guests to search the Couch Potato hostel, in Google or maybe Apple maps, as it's next door and makes it easier to find Hanko
