"Exceptional"

The host was exceptional, also arranged early check-in. Cleanliness of all the facilities. Couldn't recommend staying here enough 10 out of 10 in all aspects. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and anyone else that might be visiting the area .

Second visit and will definitely keep coming to this lovely cottage. Melbourne is a lovely town with good shops and plenty of good eating places. Sarah is an excellent host.

For us, a home from home. Beautiful little cottage, well equipped, near to everything in a lovely village with a great host. Lots of nice shops, bars and restaurants in Melbourne so there’s plenty to do. Highly recommended!

Probably not a suitable property for the elderly / those with significant mobility issues due to stairs and would benefit from a downstairs loo, but these are the compromises in cottage living.

Cosy and clean house in a lovely English town. Appeared to be recently renovated, to a high standard.

Low beams upstairs are a hazard but thats part of the character of an old house.
