It was in a safe area and secure. I also liked the layout and the amenities.

Nothing not to like. I would go back there.

Nice, new, great concept, comfortable beds, lots of space, free parking, great, safe area. Well-appointed kitchen.

Nothing really. The only thing I even noticed at all is that the parking spaces are very small. If you have a big, wide truck, you might have a problem. My Honda Odyssey minivan fit, but it was a squeeze.

Convenient to Vanderbilt Medical Center. Appreciated the selection of tea and full size kitchen with dishwasher to cook for my elderly parent.

One of the bathrooms is moldy.

I loved the coziness and how modern everything was. Loved the availability of WiFi and entertainment.

There was no dumpster present at the time to throw away trash.

The setup was nice. Location was close to many places we visited.

The couch was extremely dusty. Some of the decorative pillows were dirty also. The beds upstairs had hair on the linen so we had to do laundry on arrival before being able to go to bed.

Excellent location close to Blair School of Music, Vanderbilt; very clean; as pictured; ease of entry and very safe; great covered, secure garage parking (2 spaces); excellent shower water pressure. Most especially appreciated the communication throughout the booking process and the host group was very responsive. No problems and everything worked.

Shower faucet handle needed tightening.
