Apartman je dobro opremljen, krevet u spavaćoj sobi je udoban. Lokacija je dobra. Stanodavac je fin i uslužan.

Stan je u suterenu. Malkice bi čišćenje moglo da se poboljša - npr videla sam pauka u stanu
