Upper Flat, The Manse, Painswick

Quiet location. Well fitted apartment.

Local shopping very limited.

Everything.

I already knew Painswick, but I didn't realise how little it had to offer in terms of amenities, so if you are planning to stay for a while, go to Tesco or Waitrose first. Otherwise, The Falcon has a great menu (be sure to book ahead).

Lovely apartment for five people. Beautifully furnished. Spacious and very comfortable. Really good value for money in this exceptionally pretty town.

The only slight issue was the early morning traffic during the week as the Manse is on the Gloucester route. But it was very quiet at the weekend.

lovely apartment in a lovely location. Well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen area was great for breakfast and dinner for the little ones who didn’t want to wait late for dinner.

The sensor light in the bathroom meant that the lights went out half way through the shower, and came on and woke the kids when we needed a wee in the night. The bathroom needs a blind as the net curtain gave little privacy with the loo next to the window. Bedroom 3 had no curtains.

We self catered. The building was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and tidy. It was nice to have a Netflix channel that we could watch. I would certainly use this residence again and recommend it to others. My travelling companions all felt the property was outstanding.

The Upper Flat, The Manse, was a perfect location to explore the Cotswolds. It was a modern, warm, quiet and comfortable space that accommodated our rather large group, including two small children, well. Great to be in walking distance to pubs, the church and gardens. Having the parking space was a bonus.

it was a lovely property in a convenient location. Our family was very comfortable in the property. Would definitely recommend it.
