The roof pool was not functional. However we were allowed for late check out. So it was okay at the end

The cleanliness of the appartment was a 10 on 10. Very spacious. Hotub was nice. Kitchen superb.

The rooftop pool and the common pool were both dirty and cold.

The AC was very good, the apartment was comfortable. The terrace and the garden was nice, and also the pool because it was almost empty anytime.

The location from booking is not the real one, it took us 6km away from the actual place and it was very hard to get in touch with someone who can help us as it was managed by another business. I suggest you search it by the name directly in waze and not open the adress from the booking map. Valur for money was not great. Also the breakfast was not what we expected, as it was delivered to our apartment in a takeaway bag. Also there were a lot of insects in the bathroom.

Our stay at Ki Residences in Pereybere was absolutely outstanding and easily the most luxurious accommodation during our entire Mauritius trip. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and finished to a very high standard. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. The overall atmosphere is calm and upscale, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The entire complex is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and a stunning pool area that feels like a resort. A big plus for us as a family: the main pool is not too deep, so our 6-year-old son could safely stand in the water, which made it very relaxed for all of us. We were able to recover and unwind extremely well here. The private rooftop pool was the icing on the cake and made the stay feel even more special. What really stood out to us was the incredible value for money. Considering the level of quality, design, and overall experience, this accommodation is truly hard to beat. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, which added to the overall positive experience. The location in Pereybere is also very convenient, with beaches, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. Conclusion: A true hidden gem in the north of Mauritius. We would absolutely recommend it and would definitely come back.

The only downside was the rooftop terrace itself – it lacked greenery and any kind of shade, which would have made it much more comfortable during the day.

Facilities and apartment was clean but be WARNED...

Firstly, the garden view photos were not included in the listing at the time of booking. When raised, this was repeatedly denied and we were told it would be passed on to ‘marketing.’ Our request to cancel due to false advertising on their part was refused. Secondly, the apartment was roughly half the size of what was advertised. To make matters worse, the ‘garden’ is an open walkthrough area directly beside an extremely noisy road — nothing like the tranquil space implied in the listing. I have never experienced such poor customer service — guests are being gaslit for the sake of money. The so-called ‘concierge service’ turned out to be a security guard. On the second night we were moved to an apartment that actually matched the advertised description, which proves the correct product exists — just with no guarantee you’ll receive it. If you happen to get the advertised apartment, it may be worth the price. But given the risk of receiving something completely different, and the refusal to take any accountability, I cannot recommend booking here.
