great location.

less hassle with multiple requests to complete the rental agreement even though it was done. I'm glad the cleaning people were there to help me figure out the lock box for keys.

"Best value and location in Portofino"

Clear instructions and videos for check in. Despite the reviews - it was perfectly clean, and we have high standards! Comfortable bed and linen. Best location in Portofino, right above the Rolex store. Anyone complaining about price or facilities is likely new to Europe or Portofino - this place is excellent value and quality for the price. Super friendly staff too. Do your research on restaurants for the best experience as there are a lot of tourist traps in town. Capo Nord is a must during the summer season.

A new steam iron would have made the stay perfect, but the current one was ok.
