Location was excellent. It is near attractions & eateries. Everything in the apartment worked well. It is a nice comfortable apartment.

Having to share the washing machine with another. Twice, I had to wait for the other person to take their clothes out of the machine. It would also help if an iron and ironing board was provided in each apartment. Netflix on TV didn't work.

This is the perfect apartment from which to visit Salamanca as it is about five minutes on foot from everything! If you want to cook, the Mercado central is also close by with many fresh options. Recently renovated, not only does it have all you need for your stay, it is an esthetically pleasing space. It is well designed and feels spacious, and there is a direct entry from the elevator into the apartment: feels like luxury! Helena met us at the café, walked us over and explained what we needed to know. Although we were early because the bus sped the whole way from Madrid, she was all smiles and good humour. This was truly one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!

The one small thing (and beyond the control of the apartment’s owners) is that the street noise can reverberate against the stone walls and, despite the sound-proofing windows, be heard in the apartment as a murmur.

Tv remote never worked

Everything. The place is so beautiful and cozy, right in the city center and near all the main tourist attractions. The bathroom is clean, and the shower is amazing. You can control the temperature in the apartment, which was great since the temperature in the city was around 0-7°C. We did not cook there, but the kitchen was nice and clean.

Spacious super-clean luxury apartment. Very comfortable large bed, fantastic shower (large stall, great overhead rain emitter with good pressure, lots of hot water, free-flowing drain, large soap and shampoo dispensers), soft towels. Strong wifi signal. Reasonable price. Superb location just a few steps from most major sights. Excellent communication with the host (access information provided in a timely manner, very prompt and helpful responses to inquiries before and during our stay). We have been traveling in Spain for 2 months—this was our 10th apartment and it was the absolute best one.

Everything was great. We will definitely stay again if we return to Salamanca and highly recommend this property to other travelers. Really super place to stay.

Fantastic location, comfortable bed, tastefully decorated, good kitchen with salt, pepper oil etc. lovely host in the shop downstairs. Best bit was how the elevator opens right into your own private living room.
