ERASMUS PLAZA

Really modern apartment with everything you would need for a few days trip. The bathroom was lovely also. The location was superb, just a few minutes from the Plaza Mayor and close to all the sights.

The accommodation was really superb. Very welcoming, exceptionally well organized and decorated. A space that is a pleasure to admire and calmly enjoy every detail in it. It is very well located, right in the epicenter of the city's historic area and with very easy access. Access to the apartment is very safe and quite smart. The owners have a shop below the apartment and a cafe/restaurant (Café Erasmus) very close by, which makes it easy to collect keys, payments and anything else necessary for a good stay. The staff is super helpful and very attentive. An experience to repeat, definitely.

Since it is in a busy area with a lot of nightlife, there is always some noise until a little later. However, the soundproofing of the apartment minimizes this impact to a very acceptable level. But overall, there is nothing major that I can point to.

A superb, beautifully designed and equipped apartment in the heart of Salamanca. Truly one of the loveliest places we have stayed.

The room was truely amazing. Completely renovated and comfortable with all the amenities we could ask for. Nice sized frig with freezer (we love ice). The location cannot be beat - very central, but not quite in the area of peak night time activities.

I love this apartment. The location was perfect. Famous attraction was within 10 minutes. Also very convenient, functional. Host, she was very kind and sweet. I really appreciate the host.

The apartment is great! Cozy vibe, heated floors, shower has good water pressure and temperature, so nothing bad really, was better than expected. Value for quality is also really good.

The mattress is a bit too much on the harder side for me. Everything else was perfect.

The best apartment that we ever have, very new and the lift just in front of the door of the apartment, very closed to the new Cathedral that you can looked out from the window from the bed room and living rooms also closed to jalousie, also shops and restaurant, in the apartment had lots of charching equipment for electric stuff like USB, handy above the bed and both sides, clean and nice kitchen, full of equipment for cooking, bath room is perfect. Air condition and fan in the living room and bed room. The owner is very nice and very warm welcome. I recommend this apartment if you visit Salamanca. When you stay here you don't need to drive at all. But the apartment is in the walking area and on the hill. If you come with lot of stuff just park a car and take a taxi that most easy. Wheelchair can reach easy but first must go up the hill. Salamanca is up and down hill but the floor is smooth.
