Secluded, Charming and Unique! Spacious Apartment EXCELLENT Central Location

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of space, but kind of wierd lay out, a little more dated and "worn" than expected. But definitely acceptable with everything we needed including free parking and shared laundry room. The parking can also be a awkward, but still manageable. The neighborhood seems mostly okay. There isn't much within walking distance, but with a car can easily get to everything you need with 10-ish minutes. There was even a small soft sided cooler that we were able to use to keep our drinks/snacks cold for the day!

No plug in near the ironing board (hangs on a door.) I was able to move the ironing board to a different door and it worked out fine. Not a big deal, but could be a deal breaker for some. Also, no dishwasher so you have to wash dishes by hand. Also, not a deal breaker for me, but could be for some. Not everybody does - but we use a fresh towel for every shower and a fresh dish towel daily - so we had to do laundry more than I would have liked, a few more towels would have been preferred. Not a deal breaker, but small inconvenience.

Listing was misleading with edited photos. The place was worn down and old. The location was in a sketchy area.

It's a secluded location, actually very easy to find, the instructions are clear. The place itself is quite roomy. Lots of space.

Overall just one word would summarize the experience: DATED. Everything is dated, and when I say dated I don't mean last decade. I mean like 80s-early 90s. The experience is not what you'd expect even though it's pretty reasonably priced.
