Apt# ONE-FOUR-TWO - with Lift - High Speed Wifi - Smart TV

Very pleasant stay, everything was super clean and modern, It had everything for a comfortable stay. I loved the local atmosphere, that Indian busy street vibe is 50m away alot of eating places and shops, market all very close many attractions nearby. The staff was nice and humble, the property owner was a nice gentleman, with good manners and excellent communication skills. They also accept card payment. I wanted to extend but unfortunately it was already fully booked. I highly recommend this property!

* Location * The staff were generally courteous and very helpful. * All the kitchen equipments were in good working condition * Sufficient cutlery was provided. Rooms were cleaned and linen changed on request

* There wasn't anything specific that I disliked except that I like waking up early and going for walks in the early mornings, but the front door was generally not open, & I didn't like waking up the caretaker.

Good helpful staff who refilled my water bottles daily, showed me how to use the washing machine downstairs and provided a hairdryer when I requested one. The lift made for easy access with luggage. Shower worked well. About ten minutes from the station. Huge bed!

The bed was quite hard and one morning I awoke with lower back pain. Location is not really near facilities such as restaurants.

3-10 min walking distance from a few western-style cafes and restaurants (not the fancy type though). Easy to check in and out. The place is very clean and feels like new. Great communication with host.

It wasn't that easy to find the hot water switch so I had a few cold showers. Stray dogs were very noisy for an hour at night (not to the fault of the owner), apart from that it was quiet. The train station is a 10 min walk away.

The property is a 10 minute walk from Lajpat Nagar or a 30 minute ride from the airport. The apartment is brand-new built with world-class appliances and fit out.. the smart TV allows you to get onto YouTube and Netflix, instantly. The fridge, toaster, cooktop and sink means you can buy local supplies of dairy, fruit, and other perishables.

It is hard to critique such a property, as it has an on-site owner and staff to help you with the washing machine and water refills.

The apartment is very well furnished.

The apartment was brandnew and furnished in a modern and appealing style. The best mattress I ever slept on in an Indian accomodation. Lajpat Nagar is a typical and nice Delhi neighbourhood with many shops and a Central Market nearby. Subway station close by, but one can easily go to places like Lodhi Gardens, Khan Market by Auto (Tuktuk) for which the staff will help. Staff is great and very helpful - not much English but they try very hard, and the owner is on the property and helpful, with excellent English. I loved it - I had to do some work, and this was much nicer than sitting in a single hotel room ...
